Tell us what happened
Report the incident as soon as possible by following our claims process here. All incidents involving theft or attempted theft require a police report in order to make a claim.
Provide the requested evidence
We will request that you provide us with the required information relating to your claim. This could include images of the damage, purchase receipts of claimed items, flight tickets, evidence of security conditions and if required make your bicycle available for inspection by one of our nominated partners.
Get moving again
Once your claim has been approved, there are a couple of possible outcomes: Your bicycle and/or insured item may be repaired or replaced or you may be offered a payment for the reasonable cost of replacing or repairing the bicycle or item yourself. The offered payment will never exceed the chosen sum insured and will only be paid on the items listed on your Insurance Certificate. You may be required to pay an excess prior to the settlement of your claim.
